Mr Raymond Lim, Senior Associate
Raymond Lim has more than 23 years of experience as Vice-president for Citibank’s Consumer Banking Group and has held various senior country and regional leadership roles in Singapore, Philippines, Poland, Turkey, Brussels and China.
Raymond spent 10 years developing the Singapore Consumer Bank and built its credit card business, phone banking platform and branch retail distribution network. He left for Philippines to rebuild its wealth management and mortgage business and moved to become Country Business Manager for Poland and later, Turkey. He had a 2-year stint in a senior role in Citi’s Europe-Middle East Region Office based in Brussels.
His last assignment was to turn around a large Chinese bank in Guangzhou, China in which Citi has a stake. He built its consumer banking business into a 10 million credit card base, 12 million banking accounts and over 500 branches across China.
Raymond has since retired from Citi and is doing training and consultancy for selected clients.
Mr Michael Podolinsky, Senior Associate
Michael is one of only 21 CSPs to be the FIRST in the world to receive this award out of over 684 CSPs worldwide from a base of over 15,000 speakers. The prerequisite is CSP, an earned designation based upon 5 years of business diagnostics examining Return On Investment for clients, Ethics and Platform Excellence. CSPGlobal demonstrates acute cultural sensitivity, knowledge of major markets and ongoing contributions to the industry & professionalism.
33-year business owner (27 years in the Asia-Pacific region), award winning sales person and president of associations, he shares real-world, practical skills and knowledge helping leadership transform their people. He was awarded both the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal for Business Leadership and the Business Man of the Year award.
Michael authored 15 books on these subjects! McGraw Hill Productivity Series author of Productivity: Managing, Motivating, Maximizing Teams in Asia’ and ‘Productivity: Winning In Life’ , he is the AUTHORity on Productivity. Mr Gn Chiang Soon, Senior Associate
Mr. Gn Chiang Soon has been an advocate and solicitor for over 30 years. He has practised in civil litigation and other civil matters. He had also served as a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
Chiang Soon also worked in various capacities in the commercial sector, including as company secretary of a public listed company and legal manager of a foreign bank. He served in the public service as a legal officer in a Ministry where he worked with a team of 3 other Attorney General Chamber’s Counsels in providing legal advice to various departments and divisions in the Ministry.
His experience in personal data protection started with providing legal advice to a firm of American lawyers on the interpretation of the various fundamental provisions of the PDPA back in 2013 before the DNC (do not call) came into force. He was involved in the conduct of various talks on privacy and confidentiality under the common law, Instruction Manual (public service) and the PDPA.
He now conducts IDA-PDPC jointly prepared course called “An Introduction to the Fundamentals of the PDPA for Non-Legal Personnel”. He is also now providing auditing services to organisations to ensure that they are PDPA-ready and PDPA-compliant.
Ms Ereen Toh, Associate
Ms. Ereen Toh is one of the first award recipients of the SPRING Singapore Young Entrepreneurs Startup (YES!) Scheme. She has experience in training subjects such as personal effectiveness, entrepreneurship, business strategies and finances. Her trainees include corporate staff and polytechnic students. Having won a couple of business awards, Ereen was also invited to judge in business plan competitions and grant applications.
As the head of an education business unit, she was in the founding team of an online education portal. Her involvement as the project leader spans from conceptualisation till completion of the portal. The scope included product and business development, training and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders. These include organising training for corporate staff as well as civil servants such as MOE teachers and RSAF officers. Due to her experience in process management, she was also appointed to be the Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008. She is the Founder and Director of Stirring Hearts Pte Ltd.
Ereen has been actively involved in nurturing and leading youths. Her care and concern for students are the reasons why many of the young ones are attracted to her. With her passion and creativity, Ereen takes pride in bringing out the best in others to help them succeed.
Mr Ken Koh, Associate
For more than 10 years, Ken has taken the path less travelled to pursue his passion and love for training and coaching people to achieve success. Thus far, Ken has personally trained and coached over 60,000 children, teenagers, parents, teachers, scholars, managers, directors, team leaders and sales professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong.
Being a true believer of achieving self-development and giving his best to all his trainees, Ken constantly upgrades his knowledge and skills set. He has been personally trained by Russ Hudson (Founder, Enneagram Institute), Andrea Isaac (Faculty, Enneagram Institute and Creator of EnneaMotion), and Tim Mclean (Director, Enneagram Institute of Japan). Ken was also coached by Dr Ernest Wong (Founder, Super-Teen Holiday Camp and SmartKids Workshop), Dr Edgar Tham (Singapore’s first sports psychologist), Pak Tung Desem Waringin (Leading Success Coach, Indonesia), KC See (Founder, Quest Group) and Rob Shilling (Founder, Human Capital Development). He is also a Certified Professional Trainer by IPMA (UK), certified Fire-Walking and Breakthrough Trainer, certified NS-NLP Practitioner with Timeline Therapy by American Board of NLP and a certified S.P.O.R.T coach.
With his keen sense and awareness, Ken is always able to provide subtle prompting and questions which enables allows his trainees find the much needed answers hidden from within.
Mr Eugene Seah, Associate
Eugene has over 12 years of experience in Communications, Innovation and Leadership, having managed a wide spectrum of strategic projects spanning public relations, advertising, online marketing and investor relations for local listed corporations like Singapore Exchange and MNCs including Nomura International. Eugene was instrumental in the creative marketing campaigns to launch Singapore’s first Exchange Traded Fund and Real Estate Investment Trust.
Eugene has had the privilege of living and working in Asia’s two main financial hubs – Singapore and Hong Kong – and managed cross-cultural teams covering Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and India. As a result, he has a strong grasp of cultural differences and how to turn potential challenges into strengths to increase team productivity.
In the past two decades, Eugene has won several awards recognising his communication and leadership skills, including the prestigious Gold award in Investor Relations awarded by The Business Times. Eugene is often invited to speak at major events like the BNY Mellon Conferences in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei, and the Southeast Asia IR Awards and Conference, organised by the industry-leading IR Magazine. Eugene graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours degree in Communication Studies, and won the Singapore Broadcasting Authority Book Prize for the best final year multimedia project in 2001.
