No matter how many testimonies and affirmations Luminaries Lab receives, we always humbly recognise that the success of every training, consulting and coaching assignment is the effort of more than just the training company. We often hear, “It takes a whole village to raise a child”. It is the same with adults as staff development really involves the concerted efforts of various entities. Long before setting up the training company, Mr David Lee has already been preaching and practising the stakeholders based approach of organisation development.
